This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming front desk environment while supporting administrative and indirect manufacturing purchasing tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and staff with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls using a single-line phone system.
- Oversee visitor check-in and maintain a secure front desk environment.
- Submit purchase requisitions and process goods receipts using the Ariba system.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience with MS Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Industry Experience: Prior experience working in a manufacturing site.
- Education: Associate’s Degree or higher.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent customer service and professional presence.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP and Ariba systems.
- Background in Global Supply Chain or Manufacturing.
- Inventory management and buying experience.
