For our international client with extensive experience in the renewable energy industry, we are recruiting a Renewable Asset Manager – Operations & Performance Lead
The role focuses on operational management of a portfolio of renewable energy assets, leading a technical team, ensuring safe operations, regulatory and HSE compliance, and driving performance to optimize plant efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations of renewable energy assets, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency.
- Manage and develop a technical team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and HSE standards.
- Implement processes to monitor and improve plant performance and profitability.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth transitions from construction to operations.
- Promote a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations and maintenance in the energy sector, with leadership experience.
- Experience managing external service providers and contracts.
- Strong understanding of HSE and regulatory standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
