About the Project
We are initiating a strategic RFQ (Request for Quotation) process to select a vendor capable of migrating three Atlassian DataCenter instances to an existing Cloud-based Atlassian platform. This project also includes evaluating Third-Party Application Maintenance (TPA) services and license procurement options.
The selected consultant will play a key role in preparing and managing the RFQ process, facilitating stakeholder committees, analyzing vendor proposals, and supporting the final decision-making process in collaboration with our TGP entity.

Key ResponsibilitiesLot 1: RFQ Preparation
- Draft RFQ documentation and specifications
- Define selection criteria and project schedule
- Structure the consultation file into costed scenarios (with/without subsidiary instance, Premium/Enterprise license)
- Organize and lead stakeholder meetings to align on goals and expectations
- Facilitate vendor defenses and clarify proposals
- Support internal teams during evaluation and analysis phases
- Prepare summary documents and recommendations
- Assist in selecting the most suitable vendor(s) for migration, TMA, and licensing
- Formalize operational and contractual documentation
- Scoping Phase – Define needs, scope, and deliverables
- Consultation Phase – Develop and distribute RFQ, manage responses
- Analysis Phase – Evaluate offers using multi-criteria analysis
- Decision Phase – Synthesize findings and support final selection
