Safety Culture Coordinator – 12-Month Contract
Location: Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Start Date: ASAP – Q4 2025
Duration: 1 year (Renewable)
Status: Residential
Rotation: N/A

Role Overview:
The Safety Culture Coordinator will lead the deployment and integration of the Safety Culture Program across all project stakeholders, including PMT, contractors, and subcontractors, on a major refining and petrochemical site.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Awareness

  • Maintain a two-week look-ahead schedule for PMT safety training.
  • Support delivery of safety culture training, awareness campaigns, and coaching.
Program Coordination

  • Oversee rollout of the Safety Culture Program across all entities.
  • Review program elements monthly and track KPIs.
  • Lead weekly coordination meetings with Safety Culture Focal Points.
Safety Communication

  • Distribute HSE memos, procedures, alerts, and lessons learned.
  • Prepare Safety Stand Down materials.
  • Maintain HSE communication boards and ensure visibility of key safety messages.
Accountabilities

  • Ensure successful deployment of the Safety Culture Program in line with the plan and defined milestones.
Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Engineering, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of safety culture principles.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
