Role Overview:
The Safety Culture Coordinator will lead the deployment and integration of the Safety Culture Program across all project stakeholders, including PMT, contractors, and subcontractors, on a major refining and petrochemical site.

The Safety Culture Coordinator will lead the deployment and integration of the Safety Culture Program across all project stakeholders, including PMT, contractors, and subcontractors, on a major refining and petrochemical site.

Role Overview:
The Safety Culture Coordinator will lead the deployment and integration of the Safety Culture Program across all project stakeholders, including PMT, contractors, and subcontractors, on a major refining and petrochemical site.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Awareness
- Maintain a two-week look-ahead schedule for PMT safety training.
- Support delivery of safety culture training, awareness campaigns, and coaching.
- Oversee rollout of the Safety Culture Program across all entities.
- Review program elements monthly and track KPIs.
- Lead weekly coordination meetings with Safety Culture Focal Points.
- Distribute HSE memos, procedures, alerts, and lessons learned.
- Prepare Safety Stand Down materials.
- Maintain HSE communication boards and ensure visibility of key safety messages.
- Ensure successful deployment of the Safety Culture Program in line with the plan and defined milestones.
- Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Engineering, or related field.
- Solid understanding of safety culture principles.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
