Benefits
- 60-65 per hour plus super
- Temp to perm opportunity
- FIFO 5:2, 4:3 roster
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR policy.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and strategic HR solutions.
- Site-based experience in mining/resources/oil & gas
- Strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative and service-oriented approach.
- Ensure safe work practices and hazard management.
- Lead strategic HR initiatives and support leadership development.
- Advise on employee relations, performance, and return-to-work processes.
- Deliver high-quality HR services and ensure policy compliance.
- Foster cultural improvement and strong stakeholder relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
