Your responsibilities

- Interpreting and working with P&IDs and compiling comprehensive instrument lists.
- Creating engineering data sheets and participating in the selection, bidding, and review of field instruments, analyzers, and automated valves (control and on/off types).
- Designing wiring diagrams, including junction box layouts and loop drawings.
- Providing input for layout designs, particularly for cable trays and instrument placement.
- Preparing and assigning hook-up drawings and managing material take-off documentation.
- Coordinating with package unit suppliers and ensuring smooth integration with other engineering disciplines, clients, and vendors.
- Reviewing project documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Participating in inspections and testing of instruments and valves.
- Progressing toward roles such as Lead Instrumentation Engineer, Design Authority, or Subject Matter Expert.
- Potential career growth into leadership positions like Engineering Manager.
- Master's Degree in Automation or a related field.
- Prior experience in a plant engineering environment in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently on instrumentation tasks and proposal preparation.
- Proficiency in English; Polish language skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, AutoCAD, Smart Plant Instrumentation, and Smart Plant 3D is beneficial.
- Willingness to collaborate in multicultural, multi-project teams and travel occasionally to other engineering offices or construction sites.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
