The Senior PM Analyst will play a critical role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the Unconventional Business Unit. This role requires expertise in Excel, SAP and Anaplan to support digital transformation initiatives and ensure data-driven decision-making. The Senior PM Analyst will work closely with an interdisciplinary team (UBU Leadership Team, Finance, Project Services, Corporate, Regional and Assets) to deliver timely reporting and analysis that should be aligned with the strategic plan, budget, and unconventional business unit objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in month-end close activities, identifying key variances.
- Participate in monthly reforecasting cycles and annual budget planning.
- Prepare and submit budget, forecasts and associated reporting templates.
- Develop and maintain business metrics for the UBU, covering all aspects of the business.
- Prepare performance reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and planning agility. Leverage Anaplan’s capabilities to automate and streamline workflows.
- Further improve, automate, and enhance monthly and quarterly deliveries.
- Collaborates across departments to enhance operational efficiency and to align forecasts with business unit goals.
- Special projects as needed.
- Stays current with best practices in performance management and analytics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics or Engineering with functional understanding of accounting.
- 5+ years of experience in performance management, financial planning, or business analysis.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with close attention to detail.
- Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated.
- Outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in SAP; Anaplan, PM Tool, Power BI and reporting dashboards,
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint skills.
