Our client is seeking a Site Administrator II to provide administrative support to their Markham office and renewable operating sites across Canada. This role will be key in supporting office personnel, plant management, and technical employees with day-to-day operations.
Location: Markham, ON
Reports to: Director of Renewable Operations
Contract Length: 12 - 18 months
Schedule: 40 hours/week in office

Reports to: Director of Renewable Operations
Contract Length: 12 - 18 months

In this role, you will:
- Support cost controls, procurement, budget preparation/review, billing resolution, vendor management, and reporting.
- Generate purchase orders, coordinate deliveries, and manage purchase order closeouts.
- Assist with travel coordination and scheduling for supervisors.
- Maintain accurate invoices, purchase orders, inventory, and accounting records.
- Provide administrative support including timesheets, logs, and other recordkeeping.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and operational documentation as required.
- Contribute to plant safety by serving as a member of the local safety committee.
- Coordinate with HR and assist with site-level people processes.
- Carry out other duties as assigned to support smooth plant operations.
- Strong knowledge of administrative and office functions.
- 3–5 years of relevant industry experience with an Associate or Bachelor’s degree, OR at least 5 years of experience with a High School diploma.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Proficient with computer systems and office software.
- Physically able to perform the role, including occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license required.
