I am looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join an international leader specialized in PV technology and energy storage. The Company has one of the strongest R&D in the field of inverters and offers modern energy storage solutions. This position primarily supports international projects, offers unique development prospects, interesting salary, classic benefits and annual bonus.
Responsibilities:
- remote technical support (utlity-scale, C&I: inverters, PV systems, energy storage)
- analysis of data from PV systems, error monitoring, creation of technical documentation, reports and instructions
- sporadic technical onsite client support
- cooperation with R&D department
- participation in testing new devices
Requirements:
- technical education, preferred: Electrical Engineering
- at least 2 years of professional experience
- knowledge of PV systems, energy storage, communication protocols
- data analysis skills
- fluent English, Polish is not necessary but nice to have
This position is located in Wielkopolskie Voivodship, Poznań. The first few months could be fully remote, but after that period the Company expects 3 days work from the office (flexible). This position reports to the Head of Department based in Germany.
