The Role
As Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Key duties include:
- Receipting and dispatching of goods, including verification against purchase orders and certification checks (ISO 9001 standards).
- Conducting regular stock checks, maintaining organised storage, and ensuring accurate order fulfilment.
- Coordinating transport and courier services to ensure timely dispatch.
- Handling and storing hazardous/sensitive materials appropriately.
- Maintaining equipment and reporting any repair needs.
- Supporting safety, compliance, and housekeeping standards.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, hands-on, and eager to develop within the business. You will bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics (oil & gas, mining, or industrial sectors highly regarded).
- Valid forklift and driver’s licence.
- Strong organisational skills with proven experience in stock control/inventory management.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Commitment to safety and maintaining a professional warehouse environment.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook).
