We have an opportunity for White Space Fit-Out Operative
Role: White Space Fit-Out Operative
Location - Abu Dhabi
Need Immediate Joiners
Tenure - One Year Contract

Requirements Previous experience in data centre or technical fit-out environments preferred.
Valid training and certification in:
  • Working at Height
  • Manual Handling
  • Abrasive Wheels (where drilling/cutting required)
  • IPAF (desirable)
5-point PPE must be worn at all times.
Physically fit and capable of working in confined or restricted spaces.

Core Duties & Responsibilities
  • Install and assemble containment systems, security cages, hot/cold aisle containment, and extension collars to cabinets.
  • Carry out drilling, fixing, and minor construction activities within live environments, ensuring swarf and debris are controlled at all times.
  • Assist with installation of raised floors, ceiling grids, busbars, and related mechanical/electrical containment where required.
  • Handle and move materials safely using manual handling techniques, pallet trucks, and lifting aids.
  • Follow site-specific Method Statements and Risk Assessments (RAMS).
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping, ensuring all waste and packaging is removed at the end of each shift.
  • Work closely with supervisors, electricians, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Comply with site access protocols, including presenting government ID, security clearance, and signing onto permits.
  • Attend toolbox talks and daily activity briefings (DABS) before commencing work.
  • Report any near misses, hazards, or incidents immediately.
Skills & Competencies
  • Ability to work safely and carefully in live white space environments.
  • Competent with use of hand tools, impact drills, HEPA filter vacuums, and ladders.
  • Strong awareness of health, safety, and environmental practices.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work to tight deadlin
  • High attention to detail and pride in quality of workmanship.
