Workover HSE Advisor
Role Objective
To ensure that all relevant safety and environmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are available, clearly understood, and actively implemented by personnel on the Workover rig. The Workover HSE Advisor will collaborate closely with the Workover team to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance through on-site monitoring and support.

Role Objective

The Workover HSE Advisor will collaborate closely with the Workover team to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance through on-site monitoring and support.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in offshore oil and gas operations, particularly within Workover or drilling environments; prior HSE coordination experience is an asset.
- Thorough understanding of offshore HSE legislation, standards, and best practices applicable to production and drilling operations.
- Recognized HSE qualifications such as NEBOSH, BSc in HSE, or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently under pressure.
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset and strong service ethic.
- Dedicated to fostering a proactive and positive HSE culture.
Required Certifications
- Valid OEUK Medical
- TBOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training)
- Lifting and Rigging Certification
- Confined Space Entry Training
- Third-party Certified Scaffolding Inspection
- Hazard Communication (HAZCOM)
- HAZWOPER (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response)
- Advanced Firefighting Training
- Accident & Incident Reporting and Investigation Training
- ISO 14001 or OHSAS 18001 Internal Auditor Training
