We are seeking 2 x Client Site Representatives (Construction) on a contract basis to oversee on-site construction activities on behalf of our client reporting to the Project Lead. The successful candidates will act as the client’s eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring works are completed safely, to specification, and in line with contract terms.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor day-to-day construction activities and ensure adherence to design, safety, risk assessments, permit-to-work system, and quality standards.
- Represent the client at site meetings and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections, report progress, and identify potential issues or delays.
- Verify contractor compliance with project specifications, timelines, and contractual obligations.
- Ensure health and safety protocols are rigorously followed on-site.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation, including daily reports and photo records.
- Raise and resolve on-site issues in collaboration with the project team.
- Trade qualification or degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a site supervision role, preferably on the client or consultancy side.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site-related issues simultaneously.
- Competent with MS Office suite and Enterprise Resource Planning [ERP] software
- Previous experience on heavy industry, oil, gas, or mining projects.
- Proactive problem-solver and advocate for client interests.
