Are you a 3D Administrator who has experience within the energies industry & looking for a new contract? 

I  am looking to speak to 3D administrators who have experience working within the energies sector on behalf of a major oil & gas operator working in Paris, France. The contract on offer is a 12 month renewable contract. 

Service Dimensions:

The 3D administrator will have to ensure the interfaces between the E3D2, 3D software and the users’ needs. It will be responsible for the update / publication of catalogs according to the needs of installation, will manage the architectures of the various 3D models, the adaptation, and the evolution of the software, and will guarantee the capitalization / Rex from the users.

Activities:
 
  1. Responsible for all the services related to the optimal use of AVEVA solution for One Tech projects within the Engineering entity.
  2. Participate in the implementation and monitoring of projects using AVEVA E3D or other type of 3D model software and associated modules environment.
  3. Management of users, rights, databases. Management of the document output settings (REVIEW, ISODRAFT, DRAW, etc.), programming; support for evolutions and developments.
  4. Participate in the implementation of AVEVA tools in the development of the digital Engineering 4.0 industry.
  5. Define E3D tool specifications in line with project requirements.
  6. Issue / update procedures for the use of E3D in assignment studies.
  7. Participate in monitoring the actions of other E3D coordinators assigned on projects. Follow-up of standards and specifications, management of data exchanges with outside (partners, subsidiaries), "Cycle-Life" documentation.
  8. Develop macros / new features in E3D for disciplines & users’ needs.
  9. Interface with IT department for the E3D support architecture.
  10. Systems monitoring, analyze their performance, licenses tracking according to the needs, if any track incidents with the publisher.
  11. Technical and training supports for E3D users, update of the user’s methodology guide, verification of the correct application of the rules of creation.
  12. Archiving management of 3D models (library).
  13. Prepare and participate in model reviews, automatic clash detections with appropriate software (ex: Navisworks...). Quality review of projects 3D model liaise with projects 3D administrator to implement correctives actions.
Technical Requirements:
 
  • Qualification:     General engineering degree or university equivalent
  • Languages:       French fluent & English good level
  • Professional Experience / Experience within project: with successful experience on 3D software’s administration in Energies Industry > 10 years
