NES Fircroft is recruiting an Administrator on behalf of our client in Norwich. This is an initial 12-month contract but with a view to extend on a long-term, on-going basis. Monday to Friday working hours, 37.5hrs per week.

Our client is a leading independent Oil & Gas company with operations worldwide. This opportunity is available to candidates with no previous experience! This is an excellent chance to get your foot in the door with a leading operator in one of the biggest industries in the world!

Responsibilities: 
Working within the client's Integrity & Fabric Maintenance team, this position involves the raising of purchase requisitions and the tracking/expediting of materials, liaising with contractors requesting and tracking quotes, and working closely with the procurement team to achieve this.

You will ensure the control of all cost generated by the Walk 2 Work (W2W) and FM team is tracked and allocated to the correct cost centre.

Additional responsibilities will include collating daily report hours and inputting the data onto progress trackers, ensuring the tracking of client owned plant and equipment and registers are kept up to date, and the execution of administrative aspects related to W2W and FM team.

Key Requirements include:
  • Previous admin experience helps but good computer literacy and the right attitude is more important! 
  • Experience and working knowledge of MS Windows, Word, Excel and general IT systems.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to methodically work through a problem and thoroughly complete it.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
