Bac+3 training, with less than 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

Agile Coach goals & deliverables

My client is looking for 2 Agile Coaches.  The Agile coaches will be responsible for helping a Squad or an individual to adopt, improve agile methods & practices. The Agile Coach accompanies the Squad in its journey towards agility, in its autonomy, its self-organization. He supports the transformation both at the organizational & human levels.

The Agile Coach will have to:

• Teach Squads agile methods & new, more collaborative professional practices.
• To develop the Squad & make it aware of new ways of working.
• Helping Squads apply agile & lean thinking to their specific environments & problems.
• Accompany the Squads to adapt the methodology to their environment & to question the existing environment.
• The Agile Coach is partly a trainer embedded in the Squads & partly a consultant (consulting dimension).
• Share knowledge & skills & encourage the personal & professional development of the Squads.
• Initiate & support the change of people & Squads.
• Create a healthy space to facilitate exchanges & allow the emergence of ideas, innovations & discussions between

Employees.

• Challenge the vision of the Agile Coach team & the organization
• Participate in the OKR approach of the Delivery & Performance team.
• Supporting the squads in monitoring performance
• Participate in the Agile Cop

 
Required skills

• The Agile Coach is able to adapt his posture according to the context (Coach, Mentor, Counselor, Trainer, Facilitator)
• Knowledge of the main agile frameworks in particular Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban (Nexus, Scrum of Scrum & Scrum & another framework is a plus)
• Appetite for delivery & in the product culture oriented towards value creation.
• The Agile Coach demonstrates an ability to adapt, a constant desire to learn & share his skills.
• Understanding of performance indicators (Dora, Lean, Scrum)
• The Agile Coach is a source of proposals on continuous improvement issues.
• The Agile Coach knows the issues as well as the challenges (ambiguity, constraints) that can be encountered.
• The Agile Coach is recognized for his or her strategic vision & for his or her servant leadership.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Miro, Mural – Jira administration is a plus.
