Our client, a world-leading Oil, Gas and Energy company, is offering an exciting opportunity to join their team at Wellington Airport as an Aircraft Refueller and Operations Support. This person is required to support on-site administration and procurement tasks while also being a trained Aircraft Refueller to provide support and jump in when needed.
A refuellers role is focused around the safe and correct handling, storage and movement of our client’s products including the refuelling of planes and tankers. The role works on a rostered shift basis with full time hours.


Role Responsibilities:
Administration / Operations Support
  • Paperwork handling / filing
  • Process Purchase Orders and Invoices
  • Process payments
  • Support logistical tasks
And any other ADHOC tasks that supports the operations of the Wellington Airport team
Aircraft Refueller
  • Refuel a variety of Aircraft as required, ensuring refuelling is completed in timely fashion
  • Correct recording of all stock movement / sales
  • Commitment to Health and Safety
  • Maintain all necessary records on refuelling / product quality activity
  • Act as first line contact with customers and outside departments
 
To be successful in this role you must have:
  • Class 4 License with Dangerous Goods Endorsement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Strong spatial and situational awareness
  • Ability to adhere to strict policies and processes
  • Great numerical and written language skills
  • Computer familiarity and administration experience advantageous
  • Complete and pass a Medical Check and Alcohol and Drug testing
