The Supervisor – Anchor Grouting will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of anchor grouting operations on a major mining project. This role is critical in ensuring the structural stability of pit walls through the implementation of effective ground support systems, supporting the project's broader goal of enhancing pit stability and extending operational longevity.

Key Responsibilities  
  • Supervise daily anchor grouting activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.  
  • Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to align grouting operations with overall project timelines.  
  • Manage and mentor grouting crews, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.  
  • Ensure proper mixing and application of grout materials, maintaining quality control throughout the process.  
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of grouting work, addressing any issues promptly.  
  • Maintain accurate records of grouting operations, including materials used, areas treated, and personnel involved.  
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.  
  • Implement and enforce compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.  
Qualifications & Experience  
  • Proven experience in anchor grouting operations within large-scale mining or civil engineering projects.  
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.  
  • Comprehensive understanding of grouting techniques, equipment, and materials.  
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control procedures in mining operations.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across diverse teams.  
  • Ability to work in challenging environments and adapt to evolving project needs.  
Preferred Qualifications  
  • Certification in mining supervision or a related field.  
  • Experience working in remote or international project locations.  
  • Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
