NES Fircroft is partnered with a world leader in mining who is seeking an experienced Asset Management Planner for an initial 6-month contract position based on site located in the Northern Territory 
Reporting to the Asset Management Superintendent you will work closely with the Engineering Inspection team.

About the role
Main job responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Review and understand the Engineering Inspection and Re-inspection work management process (Current being built).  Inspection programs are being moved to SAP
  • Support the development of work flow documentation and arranging/developing of QRGs
  • Maintain work orders and coach personnel in the planning process from raising notis, approving notis, work order creation and progression.  Work with various identified roles to help people understand the process
  • Support the development of the PowerBI reporting and routine SAP reporting to show status of workflows
  • Plan all future inspection work orders into planned weekly windows to comply with site planning processes
  • Currently 140 Off - 6 monthly re-inspections, 525 Off 12 monthly re-inspections and stable.
  • Approximately 1000 routine inspections that range across 1yr, 2yr and 5 yearly
  • Opportunity to enhance the current proposed design and advise contributors how best to do this
About You
As the successful candidate you will possess the following:
  • 5+ years in SAP Planning environment
  • Extensive experience with Fixed Plant equipment in mining, minerals processing or similar heavy industry environment
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite
  • Experience with Primavera P6
