Assistant Drilling Supervisor
 
Contract period: 31.08.2025 - 30.08.2026
Location: Offshore

Main tasks:
  • The Assistant Drilling and Well Supervisor (night) is responsible for ensuring that the operations on the drilling rig/intervention site are planned and implemented in accordance with Company' governing documents, goals and strategies, as well as statutory and regulatory requirements. 
  • The Assistant Drilling and Well Supervisors’ products are drilled and completed wells, intervention/re-completion of existing/old wells as well as plug and abandonment of wells. 
  • The Assistant Drilling and Well Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the product is delivered according to Company' safety standard, compliance with the programs, on schedule, within agreed cost, and in accordance with current work processes. 

Qualifications:
  • University or higher technical education. 
  • Relevant experience may compensate for missing education. 
  • IWCF certified for Drilling and/or Intervention. 
  • IWCF level 3/4 (IADC certification not accepted in the Company).
  • IWCF level 3/4, well control certified. 
  • Drilling and/or Intervention IWCF certified. 
  • Emergency preparedness course.  
  • Experience from offshore operations. 
  • Recent and relevant operational experience in Drilling and Completion operations and/or Intervention operations. 
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills. 
  • Good English writing and oral skills.
