Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze market data.
  • Prioritize customers and set sales targets.
  • Break down targets into quarterly/monthly goals.
  • Adjust plans to meet goals.
  • Prepare sales and bidding documents.
  • Identify risks before bidding.
  • Communicate proactively to build trust and seize opportunities.
  • Offer solutions based on past projects.
  • Respond quickly to emergencies and inform customers of risks.
  • Arrange client visits and roadshows.
  • Accurately interpret customer needs.
  • Provide solutions with support from various departments.
  • Analyze market trends and feedback to relevant teams.
  • Suggest regional market strategies and product development ideas.
  • Coordinate with departments throughout project lifecycle.
  • Ensure financial aspects are managed properly.
  • Set budgets and control expenses.
  • Develop project pipelines in Vietnam and other countries.
  • Track project scopes and budgets.
  • Coordinate resources and partners to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Perform other tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales & Business Development, preferably wind power.
  • Engineering/technical background (electrical equipment or power systems) with Basic knowledge of wind turbine equipment and industry is a big advantage.
  • Skills in market analysis, customer evaluation, and marketing strategies. Experience in project bidding.
  • Proficiency in English; Chinese is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel.
