About the Role
This position plays a crucial role in securing large-scale renewable energy projects by leading the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract finalization. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver tailored proposals and ensure successful deal execution.

About the Role
This position plays a crucial role in securing large-scale renewable energy projects by leading the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract finalization. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver tailored proposals and ensure successful deal execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement go-to-market strategies to achieve commercial targets.
- Lead end-to-end deal structuring, including pricing, risk assessment, and contract negotiation.
- Coordinate with technical, contract teams to align on bid strategies and compliance.
- Serve as the primary liaison for client communications throughout the sales process.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Guide cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely project delivery.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong experience in B2B sales or project development within renewable energy, OEM, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record in managing complex, long-cycle negotiations.
- Familiarity with large capital projects and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English for business communication.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to present and influence at senior levels.
- Resilient and adaptable in navigating complex sales cycles.
