We are currently recruiting an E&I Construction Engineer for Chevron on Barrow Island on a contract initially until 31/12/2026.

DE PMP Construction Engineer – On Plot.

The successful individual will be required in Perth for 3 months before transitioning to a 14/14 roster on BWI.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the constructability, contract award and the management of cost and schedule of the facilities on Drill Centre E and Drill Centre D plus a crude offloading facility within the LNG worksite. The role will work within the Site construction team reporting to the Site Construction Lead.
  • The person will need to demonstrate +10 years I&E experience and must be degreed qualified.
Operational Excellence:
  • Provide support and leadership to achieve an Incident and Injury Free Workplace through input at HAZID’s and the induction of execution contractors.
  • Champion work place safety with a focus on prevent SIF’s. Proactively share learnings that are related to construction.
  • Ensure that the project adopts safety principles of having safe guards in place that are functioning.
Construction Management:
  • Support the deployment of fit for purpose work processes, guidelines, policies, and standards that will ensure technical superiority, quality of the work product, effective project execution, capital stewardship and efficiency.
  • Manage the I&E technical queries onsite and resolve technical I&E matters in line with project specifications.
Execution Support:
  • Ensure the Production Performance Management System is working effectively and technical queries are resolved in a timely manner, drive A checksheets and manage redline markups.
