Cable/Umbilical Lead
Contract period: 17.04.2024 - 30.05.2025
Location: Oslo
Main Tasks:
- Participate in design, engineering, manufacturing, construction, installation, and commissioning of subsea high voltage cables and/or umbilicals.
- Participate in concept development and screening and performing early-phase studies for new projects.
- Scope definitions/descriptions and selection of relevant technical requirements.
- Tendering and evaluation activities.
- Preparing technical documents for project sanction, studies, and contract tendering.
- Contractor follow-up of studies, project execution & technology qualification. Sporadic offshore work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferrably with mechanical, marine or civil engineering.
- Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.
- Background from umbilicals and/or high voltage subsea cables.
- Good understanding of project development.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
