Our client is seeking a Change Management & Communications Lead for a 12-month contract.
This remote position can be based out of major hubs across Canada.

Communications:


  • Develop and deliver stakeholder communications (e.g., emails, PowerPoint presentations, video/podcast scripts, newsletter articles, Viva Engage posts).

  • Create and execute communication strategies at the enterprise, stakeholder, and program level.

  • Manage communications approval process to ensure timely delivery.

  • Provide communication planning and delivery support to senior leaders and teams.

  • Maintain and steward accurate program SharePoint sites, content, apps, and other materials.

  • Create multimedia content (audio/video), including scriptwriting for business scenarios.

  • Maintain program content across ELink, Teams channels, and communication templates.

  • Ensure alignment with enterprise communication standards and processes (e.g., brand guidelines, audience segmentation, competing messages) in partnership with Public Affairs.

Engagement:

  • Coordinate key stakeholder engagement activities, focusing on change management and business readiness networks.

  • Plan and execute engagement campaigns in collaboration with Change Specialists and BU change teams (e.g., content, logistics, platforms, measurement).

  • Deliver stakeholder-facing events such as roadshows, showcases, lunch & learns, spotlights, and change agent network meetings.

  • Influence stakeholder perceptions and engagement across leaders, business partners, and the broader organization.

  • Support ERP Program team and Change Lead for integration initiatives with emphasis on leadership engagement and stakeholder-specific campaigns.

  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong program/project management and prioritization skills.

  • Demonstrate leadership by influencing behaviors and decision-making across teams.

  • Provide consultative support and strategic recommendations to senior leaders.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Required:
  • University degree and/or professional designation in Communications, Business, or Change Management.
  • 4–7 years of progressively responsible and related experience.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management and executing change management activities.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional change teams.
  • Self-starter who is results-oriented and focused on delivering high-quality work.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage individuals at all levels.
  • Prior experience supporting systems and process change initiatives.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Creative content development experience, including video production using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Proven leadership and teamwork abilities, including leading meetings and synthesizing stakeholder input into change plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Agile mindset and proactive approach; comfortable taking initiative.
Preferred:
  • Extensive experience using SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud and/or IBM Maximo.
  • Change management certifications such as PROSCI, PMP, or Adult Education credentials.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation projects.
