Role Responsibility

The Senior Change Management Professional will lead and facilitate the adoption of digital transformation initiatives within QatarEnergy across all the business lines, surface, subsurface and corporate. This role is pivotal in ensuring that changes to digital and data analytics practices are embraced, adopted, and utilized to their fullest potential.

The Senior Change Management Specialist is responsible for leading and managing the change initiatives related to business processes, systems, and technology, while minimizing employee resistance and maximizing employee engagement. The specialist will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization, and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes

Mandatory Requirements
 
  • BsC Computer Science, IT, Data Science (or equivalent)
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant discipline
  • Professional certification in change management or industrial organizational Psychology
  • Accredited certification in change management will be highly considered.
  • At least 8 years of experience in change management processes and procedures to support business process transformation and /or systems implementations, within a large industrial organization, preferably in Oil and Gas.
  • Hands-on change management experience in managing large scale digital transformation in Energy industry
  • Change Management experience within large scale IT activity – Essential
  • Strong and demonstrable ability and track record of influencing and engaging stakeholders across multifaceted disciplines at all levels of a large organisation
