A mining organisation has a priority requirement for a Change Manager for a digital transformation. We’re seeking an experienced Change and Training expert to drive outcomes for a high-profile global HSEC platform implementation. This is a 12-month fixed term contract with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to shape the future of health, safety, environment, and community (HSEC) systems across a major enterprise.
About the Role
As a Change Manager, you’ll be part of a change management workstream for a global HSEC digital transformation initiative. You’ll design and deliver change strategies, engage stakeholders, and ensure successful adoption of new systems and ways of working. With a hard go-live deadline of June 2026, you’ll play a critical role in building training outcomes, developing collateral, and delivering train-the-trainer and leader-led training to support business readiness.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans aligned with program goals
- Lead stakeholder engagement, consultation, and change network development
- Conduct change impact assessments and manage business readiness activities
- Design and deliver communication plans and creative engagement materials
- Build and deliver training outcomes, including train-the-trainer and leader-led sessions
- Develop collateral to support capability uplift and adoption
- Ensure alignment with governance and program requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology and business needs
- Deliver high-quality change artefacts and contribute to continuous improvement
Key Relationships
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across business units, HSEC teams, and program workstreams, as well as external partners and vendors.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in change management in an enterprise environment
- Proven success in delivering change for complex digital technology projects
- Experience with Agile, Iterative, Human-Centered Design, and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills
- Ability to influence at all levels and drive adoption through creative tactics
- Resilience, pragmatism, and a passion for people and planet
Qualifications & Certifications
- Required: Certification in a recognised Change Management methodology (e.g. PROSCI)
- Highly Desired: Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Change, Psychology, HR, or related fields
- Bonus: Agile certifications (e.g. Scrum, Scaled Agile)
