We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our client, on a 3 - 4 month contract role, for a level crossing removal project. As a Civil Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the planning, design, and execution of the level crossing removal project to ensure the successful and timely completion of the project. Our client is seeking engineers across all levels, from site engineer to senior project engineer to support during their 60 day occupation. The role will be site based and include day and night shift on a two week roster.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the construction activities related to level crossing removal.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and local community members.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
