Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction and expansion works for civil projects.
- Collaborate with the Engineer of Record and design consultants to ensure optimal project outcomes.
- Identify and manage risks associated with TSF operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors during design and construction phases.
- Prepare technical specifications, scopes of work, cost estimates, and project schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in civil design and project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the business.
- Proven ability to deliver results within set timeframes.
- Experience in the mining or civil construction sectors.
