About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our client's team on a major project in Ontario. In this owner-sided position, you will oversee the planning and execution of civil works, including site preparation, foundation construction, underground utilities, pilling, and road infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee civil design and planning for site development and infrastructure
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
- Monitor contractor performance and construction progress
- Ensure quality control and compliance with regulatory standards
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) designation in Ontario is highly desirable
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale civil projects
- Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and permitting processes
- Proven experience in owner-side project oversight
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
