- Ability to work semi-independently once trained and completely own the quality of your project.
- Conversational Programming Experience
- Mill or Lathe Hurco machining exp
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Work 45-55 hrs a week
- Willingness to work some overtime if necessary.
