We’re currently working on an exciting opportunity with a major player in the mining and resources sector who is looking to bring in a Commercial Lead to support a broad transformation of their commercial function.

Responsibilities:
- Helping shape and lead long-term commercial strategies and frameworks
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders across different areas of the business
- Lifting commercial maturity and capability—beyond just day-to-day contract management
- Contributing to a wider transformation agenda still taking shape
- Commercial leadership experience within mining, energy, EPCM, or heavy industry
- Strong grasp of strategic planning and enterprise-level commercial functions
- Experience working in evolving or ambiguous environments where your input shapes the direction
- Comfortable working at a high level with flexibility around structure and scope
- Previous experience in re alginging commercial functions
