Commissioning Mechanical Specialist

 8 years experience with medium to large-project commissioning in the Oil and Gas industry. Expert in reading P&IDs, Datasheets, General Arrangement drawings and procedures. Knowledge in compliance with contract requirements including codes and standards, and contract technical specification compliance. Experience with vendors operating in the LNG industry, such as compressors, power generation, control systems, topsides, etc. Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc. Experiences for managing commissioning execution and performing OTPs of all offshore critical mechanical equipment such as cranes, monorails, lifeboats etc. Familiar with LOTO procedures. Experiences for handling EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors. Application and in depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications and a working knowledge of Industry standards. Experience in start-up support to Operation. Experience in offshore environment is a plus.    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT. A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English. Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications. Ability to communicate with Contractor’s team and obtain required information as requested. Experienced with Interface coordination and support activities and documentation.
