Contract period: 01.09.2025 - 31.12.2027
Location: Stord, offshore
Main Tasks:
- Front role in and implementing the commissioning certification and handover process according to Project Completion Strategy for relevant systems.
- Responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handover of relevant systems to the Asset Operations team upon completion of commissioning activities.
- Ensure end to end ownership for relevant Process systems.
- Overall responsible for all Completion and Commissioning activities related to relevant Process systems, providing supervision, direction, and guidance with regards to:
- Execution of Commissioning activities assigned by the Commissioning Discipline Lead.
- Verify Construction Field installations are according to design/ISO/P&ID's.
- Knowledge/knowledge of reading/understanding P&ID's and ISO's · Participate in check-out, verification (Walk Down/Yellow line) according to the RFCC Hand-Over Process.
- Plan and facilitate for check-out/execution of static commissioning.
- Plan and facilitate for Dynamic Commissioning activities.
- Coordination and stakeholder management towards relevant disciplines in Commissioning execution, as well as Pre-Operation department.
- Participate and contribute in meetings for planning Commissioning activities.
- According to good Alliance practice, ensure good communication between operation, maintenance, contractors, and suppliers.
- Daily reporting to the Commissioning Discipline Lead regarding ongoing Commissioning activities.
- Updates of Master Dossier for P&ID Red-line Mark-up, Valve and Blinding list according to System Lead's instructions.
- Ensure collection of documentation related to RFOC Hand-over.
- Contribute and advice related to Process input to overall Completion strategy and planning.
- Manage related ATS and other resources providing services and supplying materials or equipment for Process Systems Commissioning.
- Provide guidance and direction to the Process Commissioning Team, contributing in:
- Witness contractor/supplier tests as necessary (FAT/SAT).
- Develop and review relevant commissioning procedures.
- Implement the commissioning scope.
- Contribute to a smooth transition from Project to Operations.
- This position is fully mobile with base location on Stord Site.
Qualifications:
- BSc. in Engineering or a related field or equivalent education / experience.
- Track record of engineering competency and delivery in the Oil & Gas industry and able to demonstrate effective project management skills.
- Ability to engage and lead a team of professionals.
- Familiarity with planning tools, works management systems and document management systems.
- Ability to engage and lead a team of commissioning engineers & technicians.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
