Position: Company Site Representative - Production Manifolds
Location: Aviles, Spain
Start date: September 2025
Status: Residential
Duration: 12 months renewable, up to fabrication delivered with the possibility to renew up to early 2028

The Service Provider will be representing Company at Production manifolds worksite based in Aviles, Spain, responsible to ensure that Contractor (CTR) supplies Production Manifolds and Foundations on-time as per HSE policies and with satisfactory & required level of quality. The service requirements shall include all HSE, quality, planning, contractual, logistics and technical elements of the contracted work.
The service holder will be responsible for supervising CTR & Sub-CTR HSE activities on worksites to ensure, that the Project’s HSE objectives, site personnel safety, construction integrity, respect for the environment and upkeep the exemplary reputation of the Company.

ACTIVITIES
The Service Provider will liaise with CPY Subsea HSE Lead, CPY Delivery Lead, CPY Materials &Welding Lead and CPY Quality Lead. HSE and Compliance: The Service holder shall:
Fully comply with site security, health and safety instructions, stay vigilant and maintain continuous awareness of hazards and surroundings.
Ensure that HSE contractual requirements and the implementation/compliance to HSE documentation are duly applied by CTR and Sub-CTRs, through the day-to-day supervision and by making REP presence visible on site.
Will be accountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behaviour regarding H3SE rules & requirements, including trainings, and enforcing HSE execution decisions/directions taken by CPY Subsea HSE Lead.
Report any issue/anomalies (using system in place in the facility) and will make use of the STOP WORK policy as necessary.
Ensure that risk assessments are performed as and when necessary, that management of change is adhered to and that tool-box talks are conducted efficiently.
Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behaviour regarding the Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and promote the re-enforcement of the Anti-Corruption Program.

WORK TASKS:
The Service holder will be responsible to control that the work performed by CTR and sub-CTR is in line with CPY and Project Specifications for Production Manifolds and Foundations.

The activities contemplated will depend on the nature of the work to be controlled, but will include, document/certificates reviewing, NDE and NDT tasks (and DT, in case of investigation) of various techniques, dimensional control, cleanliness control, all tests conducted in general.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
• Ensure that timely notification has been issued, 3rd party and/or personnel
and/or other contractors are mobilized (if there is such a requirement).
• Ensure that the personnel in charge of performing the task is certified and has been trained adequately.
• Ensure that the equipment to be controlled is at an adequate state of completion (in line with ITP) to start the task.
• Ensure that corresponding procedures have been approved, available on the control area, read and fully understood by the person(s) in charge to conduct the control operation.
• Ensure that all equipment/tools to be used during the control program are in good working order and certified (for those where such requirement exists).
• Ensure that all consumables to be used during the control program are adequate, quality and quantity wise.
• Ensure that all necessary JRA and TBT have been conducted before commencing the work.
• Ensure that the work area is controlled (barriers in place for pressure testing or lifting equipment for instance) and that personnel working in adjacent areas is fully aware of the nature of the task to be performed and its associated risks.
• Witness and ensure that control program steps are strictly followed and recorded (pictures, paper charts, electronic files …)
• Sign off the control document during execution of the program, as and where required
• Report and log in any non-conformity.
• Stop the work in case of non-conformity and re-assess the situation before resuming.
Discuss with contractor/sub-contractors in case of issues/unconformity during the control program, to look for acceptable solutions in order not to penalize the delivery schedule but still fulfilling the quality standards set by the contract.
• Ensure that unconformities are driven towards closure in a timely manner (i.e. without impacting the delivery schedule)
• Ensure that, following completion of the control program, the equipment is back to a state of readiness for starting the next step of the ITP.
• Review/approve final documentation (MRBs).
• Participate in company and contractor audits and follow up closure of identified issues
• Work closely with all involved parties to ensure correct information is transmitted and fully aligned.
• Issue weekly report to CPY stating status, look ahead, HSE and quality issues.

The Service holder shall ensure the prompt issue of the dispatch dossier including all necessary certifications as well as the finalisation on time of the manufacturing record book associated with deliverables.

The Service Provider will, additionally:
• Assess and monitor the Welding and Welding Qualification Programs
• Assess and monitor the Testing Program ensuring equipment and tooling are fit for the intended purpose and conditions, with the technical assistance of the SPS discipline leaders
• Monitor the impact of the qualification and testing program on the SPS schedule

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Previous experience with Production Manifolds and Subsea Structures
- In-depth knowledge and experience of Testing regime across all phases (factory acceptance, integration, Stack-Up and/or site receival)
- Knowledge/Experience of manufacturing sequences and relevant Quality regime
- Degree and/or Master in Engineering and/or equivalent relevant professional experience
- QC qualifications/certifications are a plus
- Languages: Fluent in English (Spanish / French is a plus)
- Professional Experience: 20 years minimum
- Experience within project/s: 15 years minimum
