Principal Duties:
  • Designs, develops and delivers on a full range of human resources initiatives that support fair and equitable pay
  • Participates in the preparation and administration of merit ratings and annual salary review and incentive programs
  • Reviews offers of employment, conducts internal equity reviews, and provides salary recommendations
  • Provides actionable insights drawn from historical HR performance metrics and KPIs
  • Collaborates with IT to help implement SAP SuccessFactors related initiatives
  • Prepares ad hoc and annual organizational chart changes; provides organization design alternatives, working towards a lean but effective and well-defined structure
  • Designs effective job descriptions and career paths to aid in the selection, transition and career growth for employees
  • Aligns organizational change plans and proposals to the company’s overall business strategy
  • Collaborates with colleagues to ensure adequate documentation is maintained to initiate HR-related transactions.
  • Collaborates with organizations within the company to develop a holistic approach to business solutions
  • Presents impactful presentations to management
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration required. C
  • At least ten (10) years’ experience in Human Resources; prefer candidates with oil & gas industry experience
  • Must be a fully seasoned professional in Human Resources, with a strong working background in compensation and organization capability; change management experience strongly desired.
  • Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately, clearly, and concisely in English at a level required to perform the job as outlined
  • Must possess good work habits, a strong work ethic, and be able to adhere to company work hours, policies, and standard business etiquette
