We are looking for a Consents Engineer to join our team and support the successful delivery of a major offshore wind project. This role is essential in ensuring that all required permits and consents are obtained and maintained throughout the construction and operational phases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with permits and consents throughout the construction phase.
  • Provide support in obtaining required consents, permits, decisions, and approvals.
  • Carry out technical reviews of permits and consents documentation.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the field of permits and consents for offshore works.
  • Communicate permit requirements to the Project and ensure EPCI packages deliver all required documents on time.
  • Ensure transparent communication with all consents authorities.
  • Prepare consents applications, if required.
  • Manage the consents register, including specific conditions, authority, stakeholder correspondence, and approvals.
  • Manage interface with other Workstreams and ensure timely delivery.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Obtain permits required to operate the offshore wind farm.
  • Ensure compliance with permitting conditions during the construction phase.
  • Support the obtainment of consents required for both construction and operations.
  • Engage with statutory and non-statutory authorities.
  • Interface with various project packages, primarily Engineering and EPCI.
  • Ensure continuous transfer of consents requirements to all EPCI packages.
  • Operate within the authority defined by the authorisation matrix.
  • Secure relevant consents.
  • Maintain the O&M handover register and O&M permitting manual.
 Qualifications & Experience:
  • MSc or other relevant Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the offshore wind industry.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills in both Polish and English.
  • Relevant transferable education and skills sufficient to perform the Project Tasks.
