We are seeking a Consents Senior Specialist. This role is critical in ensuring all necessary permits and consents are obtained and maintained throughout the construction and operational phases of the project. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain all necessary permits and consents required to complete construction of the offshore wind farm.
  • Ensure compliance with permits and consents throughout the construction phase.
  • Carry out technical reviews of permits and consents documentation.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the field of permits and consents for both onshore and offshore works.
  • Communicate permit requirements to the Project and ensure EPCI packages deliver all required documents on time.
  • Ensure transparent communication with all consents authorities.
  • Prepare consents applications, if required.
  • Manage interfaces with other Workstreams and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide support to the environment team when required.
  • Manage contractors/consultants and ensure delivery within time and budget.
  • Support the PMO team in relation to risk, programme, and change management.
  • Provide technical input to presentations for various meetings (e.g., Monthly Project Meetings, Management or Supervisory Board meetings).
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Manage obtainment of consents required for the construction and operation.
  • Ensure continuous transfer of consents requirements to all EPCI packages.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement with statutory and non-statutory authorities.
  • Ensure permitting compliance of the Project.
  • Secure relevant consents and ensure authority according to the authorisation matrix.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • MSc or other relevant Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience within the offshore wind industry.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills in both Polish and English.
  • Relevant transferable education and skills sufficient to perform the Project Tasks.
