We are seeking a proactive and experienced Construction Advisor to support the safe and efficient delivery of multi-disciplinary sustaining capital projects. This site-based FIFO role (8:6 roster) offers the opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects across a central operations region.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the safe execution of electrical works from feasibility through to commissioning and handover
• Collaborate with project leads, contractors, and safety/quality teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to contracting partners on electrical systems and standards
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, risk policies, and work procedures
• Coordinate with operations teams for shutdowns, tie-ins, and energisation activities
• Lead incident reporting and corrective action implementation
• Conduct field leadership interactions and quality inspections specific to electrical installations
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

About you
• Proven experience in electrical construction supervision or advisory roles
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, commissioning, and compliance requirements
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, standards, and specifications
• Effective leadership and contractor management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Current ‘C’ class driver’s license

This role will only be considering those with Australian mining experience and full-time working rights.
