Job Specification
Lead and manage EPC Contractor for safe and successful execution
of offshore brownfield scopes to meet EPC and overall project objectives by ensuring quality, time of the work, effective and efficient delivery of NFPS Compression Project.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in sciences / marine disciplines / engineering Or Diploma in marine or nautical disciplines, and STCW II/1, STCW III/1 Certification.
Knowledge and/or Experience
Minimum of 8 years marine and offshore installation experience; primarily Offshore with onshore Operational / Management experience including 2 years in a supervisory role, including acting positions or oversight of service/vendor personnel.
Broad and extensive knowledge of critical marine operations including Offshore Construction and JUB/ Rigs move activities.
Knowledge of Dynamic Positioning Systems & Operations, DP FMEA Analysis, DP FMEA Proving Trials, Annual DP Trials, ASOG/CAM.
Experienced in managing Marine Assurance & Compliance processes, following corporate requirements and international standards.
Knowledgeable in International Maritime Regulations, Codes and Standards.
Experience within the Middle East region is advantageous.
Previous Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS) and Marine Consultancy experience is advantageous (Preferably OVID accreditation).
Technical and Business Skills
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Strong technical and critical thinking skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational, coordination, planning and interface skills.
Good proactivity, negotiating and influencing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs.
