Aker Solutions in Aberdeen are looking for a Consultant Instrument Engineer to support the Equinor M&M contract.

This position has provisionally been determined as outside of IR35.
  • Obtain detailed knowledge of the assigned scope of work 
  • Prepare discipline input to complete design basis in the start-up period for assigned scope
  • Ensure that the scope of work for own discipline is clear  E
  • Ensure clear interfaces towards suppliers and subcontractors with respect to scope of work
  • Establish and maintain the activity schedule 
  • Perform estimation work and settle plan activities
  • Ensure Interface with other engineering disciplines and follow-up clarifications
  • Establish and maintain discipline material budget (MTO)
  • Establish and maintain the document development schedule 
  • Implement approved changes into discipline schedule
We think you should have:
  • Experience and Knowledge of relevant design rules, regulations and standards
  • Knowledge of NORSOK and relevant standards/regulatives for NCS
  • Relevant qualifications
