Location: Stavanger or Bergen

Location: Stavanger or Bergen
Main tasks
- A Contract Lead is responsible for procurement activities related to establishing and managing agreements
- Lead contract establishment
- Lead enquiry processes (strategy, enquiry, evaluation, negotiation)
- Act as commercial leader in tender processes
- Implement and operationalise new agreements (frame agreements and single source)
- Manage agreements
- Shape the global contract portfolio through segment strategies together with business line and suppliers, drive change in contract relationship to maximise value for client
- Ensure contract compliance, identify and manage risks (safety, security, sustainability, commercial, financial, local requirements)
- Contribute to correct and optimal use of agreements, including procurement support and operational tasks
- Conduct/facilitate strategic workshops, risk assessment, and stakeholder management by working closely with the business line
- Relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years' relevant experience
- English and Norwegian language
- You have solid supply chain and business understanding
- You are a caring, dedicated, proactive and self-driven team player with a passion to deliver
- You have a strategic mindset and experience with driving good commercial outcomes
- You have high level of professional as well as personal integrity
- You have excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
