This role is responsible for managing the allocated contracts from Pre-Award to Post-Award. These duties will include competent performance of tender/contract formation, expression of interest (EOI), pre bid meetings, terms and condition negotiation, bid analysis, carriage, execution, administration, and management of Contracts in accordance with HanRoy’s contractual and procedural requirements, legal requirements, codes and standards.

Tender/Bid/Contract Pre-Award Process:
  • Develop and deliver contract packages in relation to contracting strategies and plans to be used for the project
  • Manage EOI and tender processes in accordance with HanRoy’s policies and procedures including preparing relevant documents.
  • Liaise with Tenderers on queries/administration of bid process.
  • Manage and run pre-award meetings.
  • Undertake and participate in Tender Evaluations.
  • Engage relevant internal stakeholders in Tender Evaluations to leverage corporate knowledge to produce tender analysis and identify a shortlist of Tender candidates.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions engaging legal counsel as required


Post-Award Contract Administration:
  • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the Contract requirements.
  • Administer Contract Terms & Conditions including issuing required notices.
  • Identification and escalation of claims required against insurances.
  • Assist with progress payments and claims administration/management in conjunction with internal stakeholders and obtain relevant approvals.
  • Undertake, participate or chair vendor/supplier meetings in accordance with terms of contract and produce and circulate minutes of meetings.
  • Manage and minimize impacts of variations or variation claims.
  • Provide support the Project Team on legal and commercial issues.
  • Understand vendor processes and willingness to engage and visit vendor or relevant site of operations.
  • Work with the Project Team and the Project Controls team to monitor contractor performance
