We are currently supporting an International Renewable Energy Company (IPP) in their search for a talented Corporate & Commercial Lawyer.
In this role you would:
-> provide corporate legal services,
-> provide legal advisory on civil, commercial and intellectual property law,
-> run the Management Board Office and manage legal documentation,
-> contact courts, notaries, bailiffs, external advisors,
-> participate in the development of renewable energy projects and their execution,
-> participate in M&A processes,
-> provide advisory/negotiate electricity sales contracts.
