Our client, specialized in Energy sector, is looking for a Contract Administrator.
Duration: 6 months renewable
Location: Hauts de Seine (Greater Paris Metropolitan)
Starting: asap
Mains Missions :
o Preparation of monthly closing according to Group timetable: making sure of the correct allocation of expenses, preparing accruals, estimating the rolling forecast, analysing variances to Budget and to previous forecast. The Cost Controller will be the main point of contact for any question on the business units in scope.
o Presentation of Monthly Reports to departments directors.
o Assistance to the managers building their budget, challenging budget.
o Computation of hourly standard rates.

Qualifications / Experience:
- Master’s degree.
- 4–5 year of experience in Management Control, in an international environment.
- Good command of excel.
- Rigor and curiosity are key.
- Interest in accounting.
- Both analytical and synthesis mindset.
- Interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Fluent English required; French is a plus.

- Support to departments and monthly reporting:
o Preparation of monthly closing according to Group timetable: making sure of the correct allocation of expenses, preparing accruals, estimating the rolling forecast, analysing variances to Budget and to previous forecast. The Cost Controller will be the main point of contact for any question on the business units in scope.
o Presentation of Monthly Reports to departments directors.
- Preparation of annual Budget:
o Assistance to the managers building their budget, challenging budget.
o Computation of hourly standard rates.
- Continuous improvements of the reporting process to boost efficiency.
- Continuous effort to a sound internal control environment.
