NES Fircroft are supporting a global O&G client in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen, with a ROV Crewing Coordinator.
This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week, where you will be responsible for managing crewing assignments across all ROV worksites (locally & globally) and projects, working in close collaboration with the ROV Personnel Supervisor.

Key responsibilities:
- Interface with Project Managers, Offshore Superintendents, and Personnel Logistics Coordinators regarding crew mobilization, selection, availability, and feedback
- Ensure compliance with UK Limited ROV Personnel Competence Scheme (CAAS)
- Support Personnel Logistics Coordinators for the mob/demob of ROV crews in accordance with project requirements
- Liaise with the Project and ROV Teams, HR, and Training/CAAS Team to confirm all required certificates, competencies, and project-specific training are met, following protocols
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of individual ROV employee strengths
- Conduct regular meetings and visits with other entities to foster/enhance relationships
- Advise management on employment issues raised by ROV employees
- Support ROV Personnel Supervisor to update crewing system for all worksites to assign all staff and agency personnel
