Role:-                  Customer Service Advisor 
Based: -              Morley, Leeds LS27

Rate of pay:-      £13.79p/h +33 holidays (25days+8BH)
Hours:                Mon – Fri:     8.30am - 5pm   
Duration:           12-month plus contract

The Customer Service Advisor will work as part of a small friendly team. The companies’ offices are open plan, providing a good working atmosphere and working relationships between departments.

The Customer Service Advisor's weekly duties will include:

  • Answering approx. forty calls and emails per day
  • Resolving customer issues
  • Raising and progressing returns and invoice queries
  • Dealing with root cause analysis and issue prevention.
The Customer Service advisor will require the following:
  • Ability to multi-task
  • The skill to deliver a first-class customer experience within an office environment.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
  • Good IT skills
  • Good attendance and timekeeping.
