Our client is actively seeking an experienced Customer Service Support Admin to join their team out of their headquarters in Allentown, PA! This individual will provide support to various roles within the company, specifically within case management of personnel files, verification of employments requests, and overall HR centric duties. This role provides the opportunity to work with an international oil, gas and chemicals company, offering a competative pay and hybrid flexability on Thursdays and Fridays! 


JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary:  

MyHR is the face of HR to Air Products employees and managers and the MyHR Associate is an employee facing role that assists employees with a variety of HR-related inquires as well as triaging inquiries to assign to other teams as appropriate. Day to day duties include documenting employee inquiries in the Case Management tool, maintain personnel files, verification of employment requests as well as various other duties.  This position is ideal for the candidate who enjoys a wide variety of responsibilities with a relentless passion for customer service and is detail oriented.

Qualifications include:
  • 5 years of experience in a customer care role in a Human Resources setting
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) and the ability to work well with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Positive "can do" attitude; Adaptable to change, Process focused
  • Ability to work independently (a self-starter) in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work in a team environment including being flexible with team coverage
  • Superior organization skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Confidentiality and integrity are a must
  • Skills in the Microsoft software suite (Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint)
  • Workday or SAP experience is a plus
