Data Engineer – 6 to 12 Months Contract – Pau, France

Must be fluent in French with a good command of English

Hybrid 3 days on site, 2 days remote

Master data articles & services

Data Engineer goals and deliverables
 
  • Stock & Master Data business support
  • Interactions with the Tool administrators (internal TGP and TGITS, external editors and integrators)
  • Interactions with the TGP business (Category Managers and their Segment Leaders, Assistance, subsidiaries)
  • Interactions with the purchasing entities of the subsidiaries and with the projects during requests

Specific
  • Construction of maps and analysis of stock data
  • Construction of Master Data and Stock Management tools
  • Grouping of suppliers under their parent companies and by strategic supplier
  • Specification of data extractors from ERP
  • Data extraction pipeline optimization
  • Follow-up of the tasks carried out and archiving of the applied rules
  • Reporting and communication of changes made
  • Publication of reports and BI dashboards to summarize activities and results
    • Participation in the improvement of processes and the drafting of operating procedures
    • Support to the referential unit in the quality of the data
    • Creation, maintenance and optimization of tools
    • Use of Artificial Intelligence to make predictions and automate tasks
    • Be curious, proactive and proactive
