Data Project Management Officer - 12 Months Contract – Central Paris, France
Hybrid 3 days on site 2 days remote
Must be able to speak fluent French and a good command of English

Essential:- PMO – Senior, Data Governance – Medium, Generative AI – Medium.
GENERATIVE AI – Advanced. DATA GOVERNANCE – Advanced. PMO – Expert. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in project management or cross-functional coordination. Good knowledge of Data Management & Generative AI environments/projects. Proficiency with collaborative tools (Power BI, Confluence, SharePoint). Ability to structure, synthesize, and produce high-quality deliverables. Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills
Context of the assignment
It has a federated data organization, consisting of a Central Data Office, managed by a network of branch Data Offices, and a Generative AI task force, to support the Company's digital transformation.
The mission of the Chief Data Office (CDO) is to structure and manage Data Management & Generative AI initiatives, with particular attention paid to the framing, consistency, and communication of actions.
To carry out this mission, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams of key Data and AI stakeholders.
Data Project Management Officer Objectives and Deliverables:
In particular, the CDO will:
• Business Dimension:
o Project facilitation, with targeting of the teams involved in project management.
o Strategic project monitoring, KPIs, and portfolio status.
o Monitoring the deployment and adoption of tools.
• Technology Dimension:
o Monitoring the work of the technical expert group testing and implementing projects and solutions.
• Communication Dimension:
o Updating communications (guidelines, SharePoint, etc.).
o Creating communications regarding ongoing and finalized activities during the assignment.
o Monitoring projects and PoCs.
o Organizing operational meetings necessary for the smooth progress of the work.
